Dr. Makover uses evidence based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness based interventions. These approaches help students better understand their thoughts, manage emotions, and develop skills they can apply in everyday life.
